2027 Dues
2027 dues will be increased to $345 annually.
There has been no increase in the last 5 years.
Also, the penalties for late payers has been increased as shown on the following schedule:
| 0-30 days late | $25 |
| 31-60 days late | $50 |
| 61-90 days late | $75 |
| Over 90 days late | $100 |
Rental Amendment
Effective April 15, 2025, no house or property at Rothman Pointe shall be rented either short-term or long-term. This prohibition shall not apply to home owners on record prior to April 15, 2025.
