Rental Amendment
Effective April 15, 2025, no house or property at Rothman Pointe shall be rented either short-term or long-term. This prohibition shall not apply to home owners on record prior to April 15, 2025.
Tree Replacement Levy
The $50 levy for the tree project on Young Road is due May 31. You may send the whole levy of $150 if you want.
